At Fundamental Recovery, we support people in improving comfort, mobility, and body awareness through bodywork and movement-focused sessions. Our approach considers everyday movement habits, work demands, and lifestyle factors to help support sustainable improvements in how people move and feel.


Sessions include hands-on bodywork, guided movement, and exercise recommendations designed to support relaxation, regeneration, and everyday function.

We review everyday work habits and workstation setup to identify simple adjustments that can support comfort, ease of movement, and reduced physical strain during the workday. 

Movement & Body Maintenance

Personalised sessions focused on maintaining comfortable movement, supporting strength and flexibility, and reducing the build-up of everyday physical strain. 

Mobility & Movement Coaching

Guided movement sessions focused on improving movement confidence, coordination, and general strength for everyday activities. 

Taping & Supportive Techniques

About Us

Graeme Lawson

I support people in moving more comfortably, building confidence in their bodies, and feeling better in everyday life through hands-on bodywork and movement-focused sessions.


My work is informed by nearly 20 years of professional experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Today, I apply the principles and understanding developed during that time within a non-medical, wellness-based framework focused on general wellbeing, movement quality, and comfort.

My Background

Originally from the North of England, I spent two decades working in regulated healthcare settings in the UK and New Zealand, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding how people move, adapt, and respond to physical load.


Now based in Prague, I operate under a manual bodywork and movement-based model, providing services intended to support relaxation, regeneration, and everyday movement. While my previous professional experience informs how I think about movement, the services I provide are not medical care, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation.

My Approach

I believe sessions work best when they are:

  • Personalised 
  • Active rather than passive
  • Collaborative rather than prescriptive
  • Focused on comfort, confidence, and everyday function

Sessions may combine hands-on bodywork with guided movement and general exercise suggestions, always adapted to individual preferences and comfort. The goal is to support ease of movement, body awareness, and practical strategies that clients can use in daily life.

I enjoy helping people feel more at ease in their bodies — whether that means moving more comfortably at work, feeling more confident during exercise, or simply experiencing less tension in day-to-day life.


My focus is on creating a supportive, practical environment where people can explore movement and body awareness in a way that feels accessible and sustainable.

60 Minute Home Visit

Bodywork and movement session provided at your home or workplace. Travel included within the agreed area.
